Grand Arbiter EDH

Hey all, would love to get some opinions and advice on my soon to be EDH deck featuring Grand Arbiter Augustin IV as my general/commander.

My goal is to build a potent counter/control deck that doesn't necessarily "win", but can impact the outcome of a game of EDH.

Spellbook for one seems really bad, especially since there's a lot of mass everything removal in EDH. Venser's Journal at least does something while it's out, even if it only gains you 5-10 life over time. Gauntlet of Power's also a little confusing since you're 2-color and you're not an aggressive deck. I didn't see Return to Dust, that should probably go in if you can find one.

Well, I have spellbook, in addition to Venser's Journal and Reliquary tower for the unlimited hand size, since there is a healthy amount of draw in the deck.

I see your point on Gauntlet of Power.

And Return to Dust is really nice, I'm not sure what to pull out to put that in, though.
