My friend had an idea to utilize venser and Tezzeret in the same deck.
What one would do would be use Venser's + ability on a Precursor golem, making more copies as it comes in. With white you can run "Emerge Unscathed" to keep the golems protected, then use Tezzeret's minus ability to make your opponent lose tons of life and you gain tons of life.
Also, :manab:/:manau:/:manaw: have the most control IMO so just stall until you set up that combo and it's pretty much game.

look at this deck
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=150749
it's mine, and wins basically more than 3/4 of the time in tournaments.
it's esper (:manaw::manau::manab:) and uses tezz and ajani, though i'm thinking about making it not so aggro-ey, and instead adding more control, and using venser's -1. :) lots of buffed up unblockables.
On a side note, I'm not sure how well tezz and venser go together, 3 colors is hard as it is, but I KNOW that Ajani and venser go great together. :)
one's -1 is all creatures you control gain a +1/+1 counter and gain vig, the other's is all creatures you control are unblockable.
that's just plain mean, especially if you focus on cards with double strike or something. :D (mirran crusader ftw!)

oh.
and here would be my thought process in making a venser / tezz deck.
firstly, you need to decide what kind of deck you want, what speed. I think that either way you'll want to choose between slow and fast, there isn't probably a large middle ground...
secondly, you'll know that you'll be dealing with artifacts. so again, it's important to keep in mind what kind of deck you'll be dealing with,
for slow, cards like golem heart, myr smith (for tokens to block with), and molten-tail / steel hellkite will be great.
for fast, definatly look into like memnite and ornithopter, also signal pest and rune servitor are great.
thirdly, what support cards would you want?
for slow, look into lots of black removal, white removal (ALSO the card silence), and counters from blue.
for fast, look into buffs, as i'd assume you'd be dealing with weenies. know that steel overseer is a support card, not a creature (unless you have ajani) but speaking of ajani, he's great in as a weenie support card. seriously. he's amazing. look at his -1! ;) also tempered steel is a must!!!
fourthly, how will you get your cards out?!?
you'll need draw in both kinds, so look at like preordain and other draw cards, and you'll need very specific mana types. so keep in mine marsh flats and darkslick shores.
umm yeah.
as you can see from my above post, i already had a tezz aggro deck i had built, but i've seriously considered using venser in it. i've already traded for 2 of them, but am trying to have my deck 100% refined before i do it.
also look at my sideboard in the deck. i made the deck fast, but the sideboard is super slow! :) how swell is that?!?
so yeah, venser's -1 will be a game winner for an aggro deck, but his +2 is very spotty. if you do though, look into baneslayer angel too! then use like ever flowing chalice and tumble magnent. that's always fun.
i say baneslayer b/c you'll attack with it, then gain 5 life (with lifelink, first strike, and flying, hehe) and then main phase 2 you'll exile him so he'll come back in untapped so you can block with him as a 5/5 first strike life link. then well. you know. you can block with him and gain 5 life. :)
but again, that's just MY thought process. idk how you'd do it. let me know when you have it though? i'll be keeping up with this post, and also leave a comment or something on my deck letting me know what you think? it made it to the front page on mtg vault for a week or so, 92 likes FTW! :D

Well so far i do have a thought for it by over running my opponent with tons of token cards like myr battleshpere when it comes into play you gain 4 1/1 myr token blink it with venser then use tezz to make a token 5/5

This deck has been doing really good for me so far hopefully you like it too :D also it follows along suit with your colours and bouncing big things is just too much fun.
An example is on one game I was playing my friends Bolas deck and lets just say turn 7 dropping the Spine of Ish Sah and killing his just casted Bolas was much too satisfying, then bouncing it and killing his land for fun completed the moment.

if you're interested in tokens and planeswalkers, maybe you should try, although i know there is no tezz there, a green white stompy with elspeth, avenger of zendikar, and primeval titan. :)
or, if you still want esper, maybe try making a classic myr deck, but use mostly white for tempered steel and myr smith, then throw in blue and black for tezz. if you have the marsh flats, mox opals, and darkslick shores for it, then esper is easy with artifacts. you may also want to throw in ajani goldmane. a god card for any weenie deck. :)

slothosaurus, I want to thank you on all your thoughts because the deck is coming closer to be completed and thanks to you and all others who has been posting it has been helping like crazy I did a little play testing with both tezz the agent of bolas and tezz the seeker they both run great it but i am having a hard time to see which one runs faster. I have been play testing against the few big decks caw-blade i went 2-1 esper 2-0 and but for the little faster decks i am some trouble still.

yeah, speed can be a big issue, but against caw-blade i really don't think speed is the problem. you can have one creature out against cawblade, and if you're sideboard is right, you'll win every time...
take another look at the esper tezz aggro deck I posted and check out the sideboard. it's literally ALL blue counters. I can't deal with someone use a day of judgement, and i definatly can't deal with someone dropping a stoneforged out body and mind onto a squad hawk... those tokens are just too much for me after a few turns.
i'm not sure how much white is in yours, but maybe mainboarding some removal, although it would certainly slow down your deck, could help. try 4 go for the throats, and 2 doom blades?
i know mine is on par, speed wise, only slightly behind kuldotha red (although i can swing for 18 t2 (plains, memnite, memnite, signal pest, mox opal, signal pest, and then on turn 2, plains, tempered steel,) it's just that mine also get stronger.
on a side note, something i didn't mention before, have you looked at etched champion? or any equipments? etched can 100% finish someone off if you have buffs for him, and he's only blockable my artifact creatures if you have metalcraft, which is epic. equipments can be great and all, and i've really thought about throwing 1 or 2 of each sword into my deck, but i'm not sure, it can give me that extra push, but meh... i'm still play testing if i like "runed servitor" in my deck or not, i don't wanna try too much at once...
also, just out of curiositiy, did you end up going aggro or slow? i feel like venser isn't so unless he's the final push in an aggro, or the slow killer in a control deck.

ohoh! i had one more idea! lol
okay,
blue for wall of frost + some counter spells
white for perimeter captain, journey, and wall of omens
black for removal
BUT - you also have a few allies in there. you have hagra diabolist (the black one that deal dmg to player equal to number of allies) and you have like ondu cleric, hada freeblade, and kazandu blademaster. then you just bounce your hagra once he's out, and stall with the lifegain from perimiter captain, and wall of frost, then take out big guys that pose a threat with journey to black removal...
it'd be an slow, esper, consistant (though mana might be an issue), ally deck. :) with some defenders. and hell, you'd honestly never even need to attack, tbh..
