Use the negative

I want to make a deck that uses and removes -1/-1 counters I was thinking :manar: :manag: :manaw: other colors will do. I would like it to include Woeleecher, Morselhoarder, Phyrexian Hydra, scarecrows, and persist.

These cards and colors are not neccessary however I want stuff that gives and removes -1/-1 counters.
