here's my mono black infect deck i hope this helps as a model.

I think that a few cards that you'll need for sure would be hand of the praetors and Virulent wound.

add Hand of the Praetors and Phyrexian Crusader

get rid of Skinrender and Blackcleave Goblin, cut Skithiryx down to 2.
