Vault Challenge: Hand Hate

I have an idea i want to start for a deck, but i would greatly enjoy the ideas of other people first, so im not so confined to my head. so here is the challenge:

Standard Legal

a deck based on discard from hand

must have a way to kill the person

You mean a bit like any time an opponent discards he/she will lose a load of life?
If so here's one I clobbered together. Standard-legal Vamp deck which forces discarding.

Awesome combo with Chains of Mephistopheles and Anvil of Bogardan, that make the opponent unable to draw new cards!

yea, im only looking for decks that are standard legal, or i would be ok.

to lazy to actually make a deck but obviously it will be a black deck, cram it with 4 megrims, 4 mind rots, and 4 mind sludges as well as creature cards that are cheap and force the discard. Easy win.
