Alright, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I'm finding 42 x 42 to be a magically difficult size to work with. Is there any way to do 45 x 45 or 48 x 48?

Do you have Photoshop Elements? You can use that to convert your picture size to what you want. That's what I did.

I think maybe you should. Some people here seem too lazy to meet you half way with supplying you with a correctly sized picture. I resized mine in mspaint, that's how easy it can be.

Hate to sound like a bot, but it sure sounds like you guys could use a browser-based, poor man's Adobe Photoshop.

Might I suggest http://pixlr.com/editor/.

It's quite handy. It let's you do most of the basic functions that photoshop has to offer, with a few glitches here or there. But resizing an image is a snap.

Give the admin a break! lol

I would like an avatar aswell, but 42x42 seems really small, smaller than the gray default avatars we have now, well here is my request photo if the size actually needs to be bigger I can resize it thanks:)

Hey guys, I did say a while back on this thread that doing these take up more time than it's worth. I do have an avatar uploader on the list of things to do but there are many other things to do first and I'm currently working hard on another project (trading card-related) at the moment as well.

It's a much better use of my time to be coding new sites/tools/features than resizing, uploading and editing profile pictures. I promise I *will* get around to adding this to the sites at some point, just not right now.
