Deck Challenge: Best Budget T2 Mill

ok here are the rules the deck has to be worth less then 30 dollars and it has to be mill obviously I will rate it based on the effectiveness and speed and price of the deck. so yeah. bonus points for speed. Have fun and good luck :) :manau:
Here is the scale

10-20 points i cant remember but oh well
20-30 points wow this is starting to hurt
30-40 points Wtf
40-50 points Brain dead
50-60 points duhhhhhh
60-70 points Mind Sludge
70-80 The mind ripper
80-90 dead on arrival
90-100 THE MIND F***

This is my ally mill deck. I'm not sure on the price but the only expensive thing in it is Oracle of Mul Daya so I'm probably in the price range. Hope you like it.

Here is my :manau::manab: Mill Allies deck. I priced everything up, and it comes out to $34.22. It also takes a little while to get rolling, but once it does it's a lot of fun to play! (The deck I run used 4x Mimic Vats and 4x Drowned Catacombs, but that'd put the deck way over budget)

Edit: My deck also runs 4x Bloodchief Ascension, but I moved them to the sideboard to trim the price down a bit more.
