Don't really have a whole deck built around this idea, but I have always thought Scornful Egotist was a pretty useless card, but he is fun to use with Puca's Mischief.

there are no "totally useless" cards, WOTC wouldn't waste their time on that :P. But there are alot of cards that are purpose specific to a ridiculous extent...
