~Dual Deck~ Challenge

Alright guys. I know I've only been using MTG Vault for 3 Days, but heres my
2nd Challenge: MAKE A DUAL DECK!! I am giving you (not really) the power of the Wizards of The Coast design team to make two decks that are pitted against each other. It can either be a creature type vs creature type deck, a Planeswalker vs Planeswalker kind of deck, or a Ledgendary Creature vs. Ledgendary Creature Deck! (Thanks Silverfish050292). Since you are part of my (unofficial) design team, you have to follow some guidlines.

1.) It has to be either (Creature)vs(Creature), (Planeswalker)vs(Planeswalker), or (Ledgendary Creature) vs. (Ledgendary Creature) theme based. No (Creature)vs(Planeswalkers)!

2.)If you are making a Planeswalker deck, ONLY ONE PLANESWALKER. (ONE COPY OF A SINGLE CARD)

3.) It cannot be anyone of the ones that Wizards of the Coast has previously published. Ex: No Garruk Vs. Liliana, but you can do Garruk Vs. Nissa.

Heres a List of Wizards of the Coast Dual Decks that you cannot use:

Planeswalkers Based:
Elspeth vs. Tezzeret
Garruk vs. Liliana
Jace vs. Chandra

Creature Based:
Phyrexia vs. the Coalition
Divine vs. Demonic
Elves vs. Goblins
Knights vs. Dragons
(Thanks to iancj for helping me make this list)

Ledgendary Creature Based:
(N/A)SO GO MAKE ME ONE!

This is gonna be challenge because you have to make two decks, but I know you guys can do it!

Good Luck and Happy Deck building!

What wizards of the coast should do is make a sliver vs Eldrazi dueling deck as that'd be awesome.

Why have Wizards of the coast do it when you can make it and show it to your pals at MTG Vault? :D

:manau:Wizards VS:manag:Elves... Hmmm....

I like how the wizards is well made to counter anything your opponent plays while drawing as many cards as possible. A spellbook might be nice in there....

The Elves deck is a nice combo-based deck, with Joraga Warcaller getting stronger, along with all other elves with the help of Immaculate Magistrate.

Nice job: Two Decks that each have creatures that give each other more and more abilities along with power/toughness each turn.

One problem I saw though: your wizards deck has too many cards. A 71 card deck vs a 61 card deck. Remember: These are gonna be (in theory) decks that pairs of people who just started playing are gonna buy and split!

Otherwise, Nice job~

My wizard deck is what i play at the moment in legacy n vintage tournaments n its always done really well, what cards could i take out to make it more effective as at the moment i can exile from library's, return permanents counterspell and take more turns than my opponent. Only reason i dont have spellbook in is because 9 times out of 10 my wizards only cost 1 0r 2 blue mana to get out by the point that i'm drawing to many cards.

Question: Instead of a Planesalker vs. Planeswalker, could it be a Legendary vs. Legendary? There are very few Planeswalker cards I really like, but I do like the idea behind them. Legendary vs. Legendary decks would function similarly to Planeswalker vs. Planeswalker, just without the Planeswalkers.

If not, that's cool. I'm thinking of doing Hydra vs. Leviathan decks anyway.

cats: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=131189
rats: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=131162

besides this being 2 creature types that makes sense for the purpose of dueldecks, they each (in this case) share somewhat opposite colour (:manaw:/:manab:)

for the rats it's about being a menace to your opponent. make him discard cards, remove them from the game or take them under your control! use Fear and ninjutsu to control your opponent, and in the end swarm him with and unstoppable army of rats.

for cats its about showing who's top of the food chain. you're larger, you hit harder and have the know-how to use equipment. you might have to start on the defence, but soon you'll have the upper hand with fully equipped cats ready to take the fight to the enemy. reign death from above and bolster your ranks with Khemba, Rha Regent and hold your Konda's banner high

note, i've tried to balance them out (sort of like what balance there is in the divine vs. demonic deck any way's)
hope you like them :)
