On-Going Deck Challenge: Standard Budget
Hello everone, this is going to be my first on-going deck challege, so ets see how it goes. This challenge is... Budget T2 Deck! The goal is to take the best decks in Standard and make a budget version of them (~USD$20) so casual can still enjoy the fun! I hope everyone has fun building these decks, which are often harder than building non-budget ones. Please name your deck "Budget - DECKNAME"
My favorite for each deck type will be linked to on my budget decks and on this thread. Enjoy!

Interesting ideas, although 4 Jace Balren pushes the deck way over US$20!
Also, these are kind of unsuited for the competition because the point is to take one of the awesome T2 decks like RDW or Eldrazi Elves and make it budget, not make just any budget T2 deck. Nice try though.
