Deck Challenge: Weldcoil

Hello again fellow deck builders! Today's deck challenge is another sort of tricky one.

You are to design a deck that abuses Wurmcoil Engine and Goblin Welder. That's it. Have fun! :D

I am a novice deck builder, but I liked this idea. I played some magic in Beta through Legends, then again for Rathe, and now again at scars.
