Precon Mutation

I was playing with a precon deck.... it sucked S-U-C-K-E-D so maybe if you could make it better standardized play could be easier it must be tournament legal and another twist it has to be under 20$ (minus the cost of the precon) there must be also at least 10 cards from the precon MAKE IT KICK-ASS
