Deck Challenge: Obscene Multi-player!

Hello again fellow deck builders! Today's challenge is another in the series of Obscene deck challenges.

With this one you are to design a deck that is obscenely powerful in multi-player games. More players does not mean more people targeting you, it means more victims, more pawns to fuel your absurd presence.

These decks can be absolutely TERRIBLE in 1v1, so long as they are obscene in multi-player.
