Deck Help: U/R control
I am trying to design a type 2 blue red deck that is basically the most frustrating thing possible : ) I based my initial build on land destruction and creature control with a little milling.
Any help/tips/suggestions would be much appreciated : )
So what CAN I play?

My suggestion is to drop the mill. Mill is fun, but its not very competitive and you never know, you might just mill them into exactly what they need.
Example: I was doing a Zendikar/ Worldwake draft and the opponent I was facing was using allies. After several turns of drawing lands, my opponent milled my next two cards as he brought in a Stone Puma. With two more cards in the graveyard I felt like this battle was already over, however the next card I drew was Sadistic Sacrament. With the mana I had out, I managed to play the spell kicked and mill his entire deck into exile. I essentially won through mill with Sadistic Sacrament. Imagine what would have happened if he had not milled those two cards? Mil is just too slow in the current standard environment to be effective.
One thing you desperately need to invest in is some good creatures. Get some Frost Titans and some burn spells in there, put yourself in a position so that no matter what creature your opponent plays, you can kill it easily. Add in an Inferno Titan for good measure and you have yourself a deck ready for some pain. If you actually want me to build a deck I can do that easily for you.

Updated it. Took out the crabs, the tome scours, and the wilds. Added 2 of each titan, 4 bolts, and rounded the shifting seas out (have em in there as cheap land denial till i can blow stuff up, and free drawing)
Anything else you would suggest? Maybe your take on such a deck?

Okay, you want Red/Blue Control. I'll give you Red/Blue Control:

Your greatest ally here is Sparkmage + Basilisk collar= Goodbye opponent creatures. You also have plenty of counterspells to protect him and should also have plenty of ways to delay your opponent so you can get out Inferno Titan and Frost Titan.

Just a general fun card really. It does three things:
1. seal your opponent's mana
2. gives you a card
3. Eliminates those pesky man-lands
and if you have a creature with Islandwalk it makes them unblockable.
However, in this deck it is rather optional probably eaily replaced with some sort of creature neutralizer such as Narcolepsy or to add in the always useful Sleep.
Many this deck exists to eliminate threats that make it to the field, prevent many from even reaching it, and hopefully driving your opponent to frustration in that they can't go anything. Spreading Seas tries to help that by preventing them from casting certain spells.
