MTG Vault Deck Challenges
Deck Challenge: Two headed harmony
Hello again fellow deck builders! Today's deck challenge is to design a deck (or pair of decks) that perfectly compliments another deck, specifically for a two-headed giant match.
If you make one deck, explain what type of deck it would "harmonize" with, and if you make two...well then it should hopefully be obvious how they work together.
Have fun! :D

Always thought it would be fun to run two of this deck.

Just thought I'd point out (for those people who don't know) that in 2 headed, the limit of max 4 copies of a card is extended to your partner's deck too. eg. if I have 3x Birds of Paradise in my deck, my partner can only have 1 and no more.

I wasn't specifically pointing it out because of you, I just though that it was something everyone should know before entering this challenge. Also, if your circle allows to ignore this rule, then I say abuse it :D I know of someone who's circle ignores the legend rule, which he manipulates :p

So yeah, I like the colors of red/blue/black... so I thought these two decks would be in awesome compliment of each other... I could have used older cards, but it might start becoming even more ridiculous, so this is a more casual/fun compliment. Let me know what you think.

I also like Grixis...but I only have one deck of those colors oddly, and it's an experimental deck. Anyway this pair looks really nice, I like these. And of course Bolas is just absurd.

OKay, this doesn't follow the 4x per decks rule, but if you allowed, these can work amazing together (and work very nicely on their own)

#1 Draw, with snakes. Lorescale Coatls get pumped up from each time you draw a card, Door of Destinies pump them up even further. When you play the epic spell, you can get some beefy, trample snakes that let you draw even MORE.

#2 Draw and discard. Makes everyone draw (which helps out #1), and forces opponents to take damage each time they draw or discard. Also, both have Time Spirals to keep from decking themselves.

I like this. This is as I see it, a very well thought out pair of decks. And I don't care about the only 4 of between the two decks rule because I've 1) never heard of it and 2) still will continue not to abide by it =P
