How do you like your steak? Blue Rare?

Basically, the challange is this:

Make a mono blue deck that has only rare and mythic rares in it, aside from basic land. It obviously is legacy. Planeswalkers are limited to 2 per deck. As in, you can only have 2 different types of planeswalkers in each deck.

wow impressive, that could actually probably be modified to still be standard.
Now i'm going to have to compeltely redo the deck i WAS working on to see if i can make a standard one. xD
