Well this should get you a surprise win around the 4th turn (3rd if your lucky) ground swell a creature then give em double strike. Bolt away the enemies.

i have my infect deck, and it's supa good, it's cheap, fast and anoying to opponent easy turn 3 win and done fine in tournaments. only thing why it doesn't fit in this challenge is the misty rainforests, but you can put there crap like evolving wilds to make it fit the budget. but after the mistys it's 98% win rate also livewire lash is few euros but it protects the long term game and keeps your creatures alive so your opinion

ps. i really say the misty rainforest makes the deck so much better and make the value from 10€ to 60€ and it's just 4 cards
