It's good, but for me, It's to powerful for a card with CMC 3, I mean first strike and flying on level 1? Perhaps 4 would be more plausible.

Creature - Zombie
1/3
Level Up :manab::manab:
Lv 1-3

Other Zombies and Skeletons you controll get +1/+1.
I hope that's not over / under powered. I did post this at 23:30 (where I am), so I'm a little tired to think properly.

No denying it is competitive, but I wanted it to give knights a bonus without making them stronger.

Poisoned Needle Thrower :manab::mana1:
Creature- Goblin Assassin
lvl up: :manab:
lvl 1-2: 2/1. :manab:, tap: You choose one creature. Your opponent chooses two other creatures. Destroy one of them at random.
lvl 3-5: 3/4 :manab:, tap: You and your opponent each choose one creature. Destroy one of them at random.
lvl 6-8: 2/3 :manab::manab:, Tap: Destroy 1 creatures of your choice.
lvl 9+: 3/1. Tap, Sacrifice Poisoned Needle Thrower: Destroy all creaturs your opponent conrols. You destroy half of your creatures, rounded down.
I tried to put lots of flavor in this one while keeping it balanced, its a goblin because goblins tend to destroy themselves, its levels represent it getting better and better aim with the needles, and then sacrificing itself in a explosion of needles.

Precursor Engine :mana4:
Legendary artifact creature - Golem
metal craft: level up : :mana4:, sacrifice an artifact. Only play this ability if you control three or more artifacts.
1/1
lvl 1 : 2/2 first strike
lvl 2 : 4/4 double strike
lvl 3 : 8/8 double strike, indestructible
I tried to model this one after a computer: they double in processing power every two years in accordance to Moore's Law, and because artifacts aren't alive - and as such can not grow and develop like normal living levelers do - sacrificing an artifact was the only logical way to go for growth

Just a thought, way not make it Lv2 - 2/2 first strike; lv4 - 4/4 double strike; lv6 - 8/8 double strike, indestructible ? That way the lv's indicate years :P

borderlands cards look cool pretty balanced and relevant to game, why dont you make a non level Claptrap card? Like an artifact creature with its own custom ability called annoy.
Anyway, here's mine, its a level up based off Sgt Johnson of HALO:
Sgt Johnson :mana3::manaw:
Level up :mana1::manaw:
1/1
level 1- level2
3/3
Sgt Johnson is indestuctible
level 3:
protection from all cards except 343 guilty spark, double strike
6/6
