Under $25 as per what site? I live in South Africa, so I don't normally buy cards from American sites.

Wall you can chect the prizes from some site like i did. Poromagia.com is finnish but its very cheap. I dont care what curreancy yor decks prize is. Mine is Euros.

using various sites and doing A LOT of trading, this deck cost me about $30 (only over the budget because of the 3x Chandra lol)
