MTG Vault Deck Challenges
Deck Challenge: Grave-Play
My challenge is to make a legacy format deck that is either based on the Lhurgoyf or Golgari Grave Troll, I would prefer the colors to be Black and Green but you are not limited on the colors, try to make it possible for the deck to use everything in the graveyard to an advantage.
Good Luck
some ideas: Incarnations- anger, brawn, valor, wonder, filth, genesis, glory
abilitys like threshold, unearth, and dredge
spells like buried alive and zombify

A nice B/G deck my boyfriend uses. It is only a little bit graveyard based, and it is not that fast. But it is the best example of a B/G deck there is.

An idea a friend used was to use creatures with cycling and land cycling to fill the graveyard with creatures, draw Golgari Grave-Troll sooner and get mana to play the Troll.

Threw this together in a few minutes. It's a simple dredge/unearth deck. There are some cards there you can use to make yourself discard if necessary to begin the dredge. This really needs a better finisher than Grave Troll but that was what was requested. I may work on it some more later on.

This deck sees a fair amount of play, and I got clobbered by it one game. I now pack graveyard removal in practically all of my sideboards. I didn't devise this, but know this deck all too well....
