Deck Challenge: Skithiryx, The Hard-to-Spell Dragon

That's right, Skithiryx, The Hard-to-Spell Dragon. Everyone and their mom had a strong opinion about this guy when they first saw it, be it good or bad. Come on, a 4/4 infectious flyer for 3:manab::manab:? AND you can make him hasty and regenerative with extra mana? Who wouldn't take a second look at that card!?

Anywho, my challenge to you is to make a deck based around this guy. Not too rule prohibitive, just these 2 things to mention.

1) Must be T2 legal. I'm new to magic and don't really know many pre-Lorwyn cards. (Bonus points for makin it phyrexia-affiliated for the game-day challenge. :))
2) You absolutely MUST have fun while making it!!! :D

Besides that, innovate to your hearts desire. Good luck and happy Magic-ing!!! ;)

Someone in my meta has already built an Infect deck around the Blight Dragon whose name I cannot spell. It's G/B and runs Groundswell, Adventuring Gear and Vampire's Bite. The deck can deal 10 poison on turn 4. The Blight Dragon is more for late game if things go awry and/or he doesn't draw into any Plague Stingers.
