Mana without mana: take 2

Ok, so you proved that my last challenge wasn't much of a challenge. How about this time:

Mono colour deck, min 60 cards- max 70. No more than 2 of any card, no basic lands and no artifacts.

One other requirement is that by the 5th turn, you must have a plainswalker under you control.

You have 1 planeswalker in your deck, how do you get it into play by turn 5 every game? :)

Well, no matter how hard i tried, i couldn't find a card that would allow me to search my library for a permanent that was also green.
