I think one of the best ways to go about this is one of my favorite cards, Summoning Trap.

That is a deck that should fit this criteria quite well. I've had scenarios that involve Summoning Trap into Emrakul at the end of my opponents 3rd turn. I've also had scenarios that involve hard casting Emrakul on my 5th turn. If this doesn't fit the criteria, I don't know what does, lol.

just to mention a couple of individual cards:

Braid of fire (this card is off the chain)
channel
cadaverous bloom

Here’s my entry.

It’s an elf deck that capable of fast and infinite mana. It also can provide infinite health, turns and draws. The creatures are easy to get out and can become powerful and be able to control the game by the 4th turn. I'm trying to get it down to 2 turns but I haven’t found a way yet.

Braid of fire is not off the chain unless you give all your spells flash (or have an instant heavy deck) or have a card which stops your mana pool from being emptied. The mana it creates will disappear before your main phase.

I created this deck for another challenge, but it will do the job here. There are no more than 2 of each card, no basic land cards, but plenty of lands and plenty of other mana sources. :manag:
