Deck Challenge: Tools of Manslaughter

Lately I've been having interest in very expensive vintage/legacy decks. For example I really like stax decks and their welder and tanglewire combo. Well anyways the challenge is create a the best deck you can out of any vintage/legacy legal cards.
Also please say if your deck is for legacy or vintage.

There is no "best deck" in either of those formats. The only format with a best deck is standard, and only seldom is this true (think affinity, Jund).

Also, you like stax? Because that's probably the most boring deck ever made (not bad, just boring). Any deck whose whole point is to not let your opponent play any spells or use any permanents is a horrible deck to use because it makes the game unfun. Just saying.
