Deck Challenge: Dart Tutelage

I'm not sure how complicated this will be, but my challenge is to make a deck that capitalizes on dark tutelage. I've looked at the card and have no idea of a good use for it except for cheap draw for an aggro deck. I would like to see some good ideas to abuse the card.

requirements:
:mana1:I would like the entries to limit deck sizes to 80 cards with sideboard, thats 65 cards max in main deck.
:mana2:the deck must contain at least 3 Dark Tutelage.
:mana3:I don't care what colors you use...
:mana4:Be CREATIVE
:mana5:have fun
