Grixis Legacy Challenge

Good day fellow MTG Vault`ers,

Here, i`ve got a job for you, no no no, let me rephrase that, a challenge! The one with the best(imo) deck gets millions of kudos and my eternal thanks.

The challenge goes like this;
Budget is 150$
Using the current standard Grixis deck, you have to create a :manau::manab::manar:, tournament and multiplayer friendly Grixis deck using cards starting from Rath Cycle till the latest - M11, including a preferable sideboard.
You may not use JtMS or any other cards costing 20$ a piece or more.
The deck has to be based around Any of these cards, of your choice, Thraximundar, Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker, Abyssal Persecutor, Kokusho, the Evening Star.

My friend has a deck that usually dominates the whole group of us. I will try to get the actually deck listing but i know of some cards he uses. Malfegor Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker Defiler of Souls Thraximundar Lich Lord of Unx Lightning Reaver Nemesis of Reason Thought Hemorrhage Sedris, the Traitor King and my most hated card Mind Funeral

I could see a Cruel Ultimatum doing well in a deck too lol
