Landfall Mill Deck challenge
Hey everyone,
I'm trying to make a landfall mill deck using Hedron Crab and possibly rite of replication for the win condition. An alternative landfall strategy I'm considering is Rampaging Baloths.
I would like a deck of this type to be standard legal, preferably standard once Alara Block and M10 rotates out.
I would like the colors of this deck to be blue and green, blue for Hedron Crab and such, and green for cards like oracle of mul daya, explore, and harrow.
Thanks for reading and I'm looking forward to reading over all of your decklists :D
P.S. I'm kinda poor so please try and refrain from including the big fatties such as Primeval Titan and Lotus Cobra in your decklists.

Hopefully isn't too much of a wallet-buster, didn't check prices. However, it IS Standard legal an tries to make the best of the landfall mechanic with the crab and a few others.

My try: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=88810
Defense with Guard Gomazoa, offense with Baloths, milling with Traumatize and the crab.
Fetch lands.
Could work ok, haven't tried it, still hope you like it.
Oh, and all kinds of feedback is welcome.

This is pretty cheap, LOOKS good?
i haven't playtested it or anything, i just made it on the spot.
everything is in the description, you can just comment if any questions
EDIT: this is like 90% mill 10% offense and... 0% defense :)

hey rainboe-teddi, i think this what your looking for. I thought halimar excavator was a shew in for this deck, cause it utilizes the same strategy from rite of replication. i also think that archive trap is much stronger in this deck than traumatize, mainly cause your crabs and excavators do the heavy lifting, by the time you play traumatize you would only be milling 13-15 cards anyway, maybe even less, plus with Archive trap you could cast it for free. anyway tell me what you think http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=88860

Try using a living tsunami then you have to return a land every time so you can play a land every turn, add 4 rite of replication, add 4 tombstones, 4 traumatize and a jace and you have a milling deck then fill with counter spells and cannon fodder and add a few merfolk whick work the same way as the hedron crabs. Hope this helps lol
