Life Drain 2.0

my version of the Eventide Deck 'Life Drain'. must use similar concepts of gaining and draining.

Would my dragonstorm deck, that wins by draining everyone else's 20 life on turn 3 or 4, count?

My suggestion. Could work ok, haven't tried it yet.

What I do not see, is how you'd want to combine your two strategies. Does it work? Have you tried it? I'd really like to know if this works.
