Oblivion Guard Challenge

This should be fun. This is for a casual deck of any color but it must be centered around the popular Imperial Guard quote from Oblivion

"Stop! You've violated the law. Pay the court a fine or serve your sentence. Your stolen goods are now forfeit."

This can revolve around knights, control, and whatever else you can find that fits this theme. Try and fit it as much as possible. And remember, this is a casual for fun deck. :D
