Deck Challange: Budget Blue Green Controll

Hiya Everyone!

I've been having a bit of trouble finding some good blue/green control decks that don't totally destroy my wallet (*cough* Jace, the mind sculptor *cough*) . I like to play kitchen tables (actually, lunchroom tables), so i can proxy if necessary. So what I'm asking from you is simple.

Blue/Green Control that is standard, i know Alara is about to rotate out, but alara is still good for me. So, can a card slinger get some help?

I don't have time to make a full list right now, but here's a nice deck idea: harabaz druid and jwari shapeshifter can give you an obscene amount of mana. Like, fifteen mana, if you catch my drift. :P

Can I ask what exactly the green is for? White is a good control color instead of green.. but then it'd just be a U/W Control deck

This is a good mix of fast beats you on the face with counterspells to make sure they don't stop the beats... Ideally you put lots of pressure on with early beaters (Coatls and gargantuans) and finish em off with a huge trampling or flying alpha strike...
