Deck Challenge: Wrexial, the Risen Deep

I scored a Wrexial in a booster pack and decided to make a deck out of him for fun :D

In order to reach his full potential, I figured I would mill/discard my opponents sorceries and instants into his graveyard. Here is the deck, and it's only 33 dollars :D

I want to see what you guys can come up with to abuse Wrexial's ability for the win.

Requirements:
-Must use Wrexial, the Risen Deep
-Only use blue and black
-Standard legal

made this a week ago. gonna use it for some tourneys. doesnt abuse his power too greatly as it should be he gets the job done just fine i found.

this still needs some work though
