Deck Challenges: Ravnica Block

Here's something that should be interesting: Create decks based around the different Ravnica guilds.

Restrictions:
-Cards must be from the Ravnica block.
-Decks must follow the themes of each house.
-Be creative, don't just recreate the pre-constructed decks.

Guilds:
The Boros Legion. :manar::manaw: - Radiance
The Golgari Swarm. :manag::manab: - Dredge
The Selesnya Conclave. :manag::manaw: - Convoke
House Dimir. :manau::manab: - Transmute
The Orzhov Syndicate. :manaw::manab: - Haunt
The Izzet League. :manau::manar: - Replicate
The Gruul Clans. :manar::manag: - Bloodthirst
The Azorius Senate. :manaw::manau: - Forecast
The Cult of Rakdos. :manab::manar: - Hellbent
The Simic Combine. :manag::manau: - Graft

If anyone is feeling a little extra creative, construct an artifact deck with:
-Absolutely no color as the '11th Guild'.
-Every color mana as the '12th Guild'.

For this, you'll need the deck to have:
-A house name and be able to fit into the Ravnica storyline with minimal adjustments.
-No color mana involved or every color mana. Nothing in-between.
-A theme (not modular).
-May use any legacy-legal artifacts.

Ex.:
The Wardens. :manax: - Affinity
Apocalyptica. :manaw::manau::manab::manar::manag: - Sunburst

this looks like a great challenge. I wasnt playing during this block, so its like its all new for me. I will hopefully post a deck or two soon

@set_abominae666 - I like it except for Paladin of Prahv (who is actually from The Azorius Senate) and Conclave Phalanx (who is from Selesnya). Perhaps consider adding Razia and/or Boros Swiftblade in their place?

Like set_abominae666 I wasn't playing during this Block but the challenge looked liked fun so i gave it a shot.

@Soulknife - Left a comment on the deck, good job! Although Psychotic Fury is technically associated with Rakdos, it doesn't have the guild mechanic Hellbent. Izzet complete.

My intent with this deck challenge was for two main reasons:

1. I wanted people to get involved and immersed into one of the best MTG blocks to date.
2. I planned to do a proxy guild battle with all of the decks submitted into this challenge. If multiple decks from the same guild are submitted, they will just compete to determine which deck will be used in the actual tournament, of sorts.

@tjninja13 - Nice job with the Selesnya saproling deck. The Selesnya Conclave is done. Your Azorius submission was also true to that guild and also accepted.
