This deck is perfect for someone on a budget that wants to win often.

Its based on the Spitfire and Bombardment comboing. You can remove the arid mesas for mountains to bring the price below $20. The goblin guides are a must because they are so aggressive and give your opponent more than they can handle right away.

The combo workds by attaking with many small creatures to trigger the bombardment. For instance, if you attack with 3 creatures (the spitfire and two goblins), the bombardment will trigger three times dealing 3 damage. This will trigger the spitfire 3 times for +9/+0 making it a 10/3 flier. So in total you are hitting your opponent for 3+10+(whatever your other two creatures are). If you got a bolt in your hand you can use that too, to deal leathal damage on turn 4.

The crystal ball will get you to the combo faster. If you actually use the deck you will see that it doesn't even need the combo to win. It just makes it easier.

I'm gonna have a little fun with Bazaar Trader and Bronze Bombshell. The burn spells are to kill your opponent or his creatures. There is also some molten rain for land destruction. Seething Song and Wild Cantor are in there to get fast damage or get Bronze Bombshell or a Fire Servant out early. All in all, this is a really simple burn deck.

here's a fast aggro deck from Lorwyn block. My brother runs this build (well a version of it anyways, the numbers might not be optimal) and it's really fast.

Might be a little over 20$ but hey, get a job!!!

So, here. Legacy burn... only cheaper. Also, I added in wheel of fate, because that card is good. The most expensive mainboard card is $1.50, so without the sideboard it's like $10, and it does win a lot for a deck of that price. Although, I would recommend using the sideboard (which may take the deck to $20).
