Deck Challenge: Faster than a Speeding Bullet

Hello, fellow Gatherers. I have a challenge for you.

My challenge for you is to create the fastest possible deck as you can, and it has to produce fast, effective results on a regular basis. It can't heavily rely on the infamous perfect draw. Be as original as possible.


Rules:
1. It can't be a burn deck.
2. It has to produce effective results quickly, as well as reliably.
3. It has to be standard. (Alara block, M10, Zendikar block cards only).
4. The deck has to be 60 cards, no more, no less. You may include a 15 card sideboard if you so desire.


You can use any/as many color(s) as you would like.

Go find RDW or Boros Bushwhacker. Both a tier 2 decks and very fast, turn 3-5 kill.

Goblins and Ball lightning. Can win turn 3 if enemy has no defender and with a couple of one red 2/2 haste and a ball lightning for the third turn

My Biorhythm deck kills any number of people (besides you) and it's never taken longer than 6 turns. Of course, it's not standard, so I won't post it.

I have a deck fit for the job, but I wouldnt say it's a BURN deck. The only burn it has is like 4 lightning bolts...

It's a heavy Landfall Red/White deck. It starts of Boros style (with Goblin Bushwhacker, Steppe Lynx, and Plated Geopede) but in the sideboard, you can swap out the cards to make it Koros, a Kor Equipment styled Boros deck. It features cards like Stoneforge Mystic, Cunning Sparkmage, Basilisk Collar, etc. etc.

This deck can kill on Turn 4.

Turn 1 - Plains, Steppe Lynx
Turn 2 - Mountain, Plated Geopede, Steppe Lynx attacks for 2 (18)
Turn 3 - Arid Mesa, crack it and search for anything, play Ruin Ghost, cast Lightning Bolt (15), attack with 4/5 Steppe Lynx and 5/5 Plated Geopede (9)
Turn 4 - Arid Mesa, crack it and search for anything, use Ruin Ghost's ability to exile a tapped plains, and return it to your field untapped (for more landfall), tap 2 Red for Goblin Bushwhacker for +1 to all your guys, then double cast 2 Emerge Unscathed, so your Steppe Lynx and Plated Geopede have protection from the color(s) of your opponent's blockers. Swing with Steppe Lynx for 7, Plated Geopede for 8, and Goblin Bushwhacker for 2 (-8 life)
