Deck Challenge: Classic

So I've played magic for some time now and I don't like the idea of having only certain cards playable in standard. The challenge is to make the best deck you can using pretty much any cards you want. The only thing I ask is that you don't make it too expensive (stay under $70).

Here is my Hand Rape Legacy deck. I think it's under $70 dollars. It always starts working on the first turn.

i just wrote up a Classic elf deck... i'm not too familiar with elves, but after testing a hand i quickly realized that it could make 14 mana on turn four very reliably to pump into protien hydra, gelatenous genesis, or Eldrazi. it is around $78, but if you check the description i show a budget version that costs much less. hope you enjoy.
