Unable to add cards

Both individually and bulk importer will not allow cards to be added to main deck or side board. Refreshing the page does not solve the issue. Closing the tab and reopening mtgvault also does not solve the issue. I cannot figure out the specific circumstances that allow cards to be added as intended, but it does work occassionally.
