Can't Update Password

I tried to change my password, but it tells me my password has to be between 8 and 15 characters. Every password I tried was within that range, but it wouldn't let me update it.

Okay, so special characters aren't allowed apparently. Only letters and numbers. An indication of that would be nice. I was able to update it by only using letters and numbers.
