[Suggestion] User was last online on Date

I often see that people post a deck and take weeks, months or years to respond on an answer.
It would be helpful to see, possibly directly in the deck, when the user has built the deck, when it was last updated and when he has been online last.

Additional data like the origin of a deck would be nice too.
Like was it copied, and from who ?
Was it entered manually or imported as a file ?

I'd also like to be able to see both date AND time that the deck was posted, because the troll has a tendency to spam for a whole day, usually through several different accounts.
If date and time were available it would make it easier to report the troll.
For instance the troll is spamming us with more than 80 decks today, probably just because it's friday the 13th.
