I'm attempting to construct a deck entered around Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. I'm on the fence with the construction. I would like to get everyone's opinion.

Option #2 (Mono-black control with blue/red splash):
Vampire Nighthawk
Hostage Taker
Settle the Score
Bolas's Citadel
