New Deck Format/ Legality Check

Since MTG-Arena seems to be a popular variant it would be an idea to add it to the "Select a Deck Format" and perhaps also to the legality check.

Are there cards that are illegal in Arena that aren't in paper, or vice versa? If so, that sounds like it could put the two methods of play at odds with each other further down the line.

As far as I understand it the legality, or perhaps better availability of cards, in Arena in similar to Modern. Modern allows cards published since Mirrodin while Arena allows all cards that are published there, which would be since M19 at the moment and there is a banlist for Arena (like https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/news/mtg-arena-banned-and-restricted-announcement-2019-02-14)

I can easily add it as a format in the dropdown, the legality will take a little bit of time though!
