Gift pack cards not in database

The gift pack cards (Angelic Guardian, Angler Turtle, Immortal Phoenix, Rampaging Brontodon, Vengeant Vampire) are missing from the database.

We are proper rubbish at adding the promo cards. I will try and get these in over the Christmas break.
