?? Involving "anointed procession"

Quick, easy question. Does anyone know if "anointed procession" triggers with mana abilities that of "the scarab god" or "Liliana, Death's Majesty" any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Neither of those abilities are considered mana abilities, so I'm not even sure what the question actually is. They make tokens, therefore it triggers.
