Pauper as a format and legality check

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I figured since I didn't find it on the first handful of pages with a search, it would be safe to ask.

Would it be possible to add Pauper as a format to the drop-down menu as well as a legality check? I'm sure it's easier said than done, just curious as I really enjoy building for the format.

If there's a way that someone with experience in Web Programming (php and javascript mostly) as well as styles and layouts (CSS and HTML) could be of assistance, I'd be more than happy to volunteer. My favorite deck building utility, I'd love to help add to it.

I also support this! Also, get rid of "Block", that used way less than Pauper.

I'd argue against eliminating formats. There are plenty of obscure formats out there, but it's always handy to have the choice to build for them. Plus, if they're already implemented, why not just leave them there?
