saproling+life and limb

Does the land limit apply when I bring in saprolings that because of life and limb also (1saproling per turn)

only if you play saproling creatures from your hand. If you put saprolings into play via an ability or a spell, those don't count. I actually can't think of any non-changeling saprolings that aren't put into play with the second method, so you're probably fine.
