I would swap Vexing Devil for Boros Elite. Devil is nice, but late game it will rarely do what you want it to.

Traitorous Instinct in the sideboard should definitely be another Traitorous Blood. In a mono red deck, Traitorous Blood has no drawback.
Other than the Boros Reckoners that everyone else has recommended, I would suggest investing in some duel land. It will make the deck much more consistent, but they can be expensive. Other than that Slumbering Dragon doesn't seem to fit in the deck very well. I understand that when played at the right time can become a late game threat, but there are many other creatures that fill the 1 mana role much better. I would suggest Wreckless Waif if you want an early threat, Mikaeus, the Lunarch if you want a mana dump/ late game threat, or Stonewright which can double as both. Please look at my R/G standard deck and let me know what you think. http://www.mtgvault.com/fanoxia/decks/rg-aggro/
Actually, Insectile Aberration's creature type is Human Insect, so it is still affected by cards such as Moonmist and Silver-Inlaid Dagger.
This is clearly not mono-white.
I like it. Great idea with Electromancer and Guttersnipe. My suggestions are switch Krenko for Talrand, might be better to have flyers than a bazillion goblins. And definitely add in some Sulfur Falls.
Thragtusk is screaming for a Cloudshift and if you got a Champion of Lambholt out, even better.
This deck is stupid... I LOVE IT!!!
I would advise adding 4 ghost quarters to free cast Archive Trap, and 4 Jace, Memory's Adept.
