Rolling Temblor is a good sideboard board wipe, it can be flashed back, its cheap and shouldn't kill your champions by the time you need to use it.Other than that, fix the mana base. If you can't afford shocklands and buddylands, then Boros Guildgate is a perfectly fine replacement; and replace a few mountains with plains to fit your color ratio.

This is burn, not RDW.
You have no way to benefit from your graveyard, so Dryads do not hurt you. Plus they can block, attack for two, and are soldiers so they fit with War Falcons. So, definitely Dryads.
Drop all the creatures that don't have Unleash or Haste, make all of the ones that do 4 ofs. (except Exava, 3 of her.) And add Searing Spears.
For card draw, I would recommend Blood Scrivener (Zombie), Altar's Reap(Synergy with many zombie creatures), and Think Twice(Two draws from one card, and uses excess mana).
Drop weapon surge, smite and thatcher revolt.Add 4 pillar of flame, 2 gather the townsfolk, and 4 war falcons.
I like the interactions between Fluxcharger/Nivix Cyclops and Fling.
Right off the bat I can tell you to cut anything that has converted mana cost greater than 4 and any spells that say target creature but not target player. For land I would suggest 4 Boros Guild Gates and a combination of Plains and Mountains to give you a total of ~22 lands.
Don't see how it could hurt, thanks for the input.
As you play with the deck, think about what cards aren't useful or you can't play consistently. Take those cards out and replace them with more of the cards that are useful and do a lot of work. Having more of the cards that are always helpful is better than having a bunch of cards that can be good in certain situations.
With 4 being the highest cost in the deck, you could easily drop to 20 land and still have no problems casting everything you need. That being said, Exava, as a legendary creature, is not always something you want to be looking at dupes of in your opening hand. So you may want to consider dropping 1-2 land and 1-2 Exava's for something that could be cast off of Burngin-tree Emissary. I would recommend Gore-house Chainwalker.
Gyre Sage and Increasing Savagery is a quick way to generate a ton of mana, especially with Vorel thrown in the mix.
Curse of Exhaustion is very good if you can get some kind of counter on an isochron scepter.
A playset of Fetchlands, Goyfs, and Goblin Guides equal out to approximately 700 dollars. Don't think I'm quite ready to get that competitive in Legacy. Thanks for the input though.
A guy at my LGS plays a deck very similar to this and he was talking yesterday about switching Aetherling with the Memory Adepts in his SB, because he felt they just didn't put in enough work. Jace is also a card draw, fuel for snapcaster, and alt win con.
Good call.
Blazing Shoal is banned in Modern.
Inkmoth Nexus can help solve your shortage on creatures.
When you use creature that are such threats, Five-Alarm Fire isn't as useful as it could be. Madcap Skills or Pillar of Flame would be a good replacement.
