60 or less in standard is pushing it. Especially for a deck containing a bomb like Whispereood Elemental. She's arguably the best card in FRF

I agree with a few earlier comments on here. I made a R/G bait standard deck thats friggin fun to play. But theres no early game in that deck or this one. Have you thought of running broodkeeper with the temur runemark?
There's also a land that let's a creature type of your choice gain the ability to not be countered. Changelings are dope for slivers too.
Not enough control in the cards. Wayyyy too much focus on giving slivirs +1/+1. You should run 4 and only 4 slivers that run +1/+1.You need the slivers that give shroud, hexproof, tap for any color mana, tap to sacrifice and gain 3 life (incase of wipe), you need slivers with cycling to dig to other slivers. Slivers are fucking unstoppable if played right but going straight roll face buff slivers will just get em all wiped and then my Ghastly Consription just won me the game.
Reign of the Pit would be a nice bomb too.Maybe Promise of Power in the sideboard as a backup bomb.
Scroll of Griselbrand seems necessary. Also, Elbrus, the Binding Blade would be coo. ;)
Jace is free dig every turn, the only reason I run him. I could look into dropping something for Sorin though. lemme look into it!
I wouldn't even run it, id just throw in the rabblemasters and go ham. That's a pretty solid u/w jeskai spinoff there sir. +1 from me.
whatcha runnin?
Yeah I don't wanna be swinging face with disciple and risk her to creatures, id rather have her tank removal which helps my case if the game goes long.
It's a safe way to tap disciple of deceit.
Springleaf drum helps safely trigger disciple of deceit.
And Mind Crank is great to go in this deck, trust me I've toyed with the Mind Crank+Blood Chief Ascension combo and it's fun, but this is STANDARD infinite mill. If I had the cash flow I'd drop the Disciples and run Ashiok's instead-better win con.
^There are some really good budget decks, especially with SOULFLAYER out you can just go mono black for 20 bucks but if you play against removal you're gonna want control. Just my opinion but I think control gives you more win options.
Most good competitive decks in standard run for 200+. This isn't meant for tournament play because I see no real way to win much without your combo (and once someone get's comboed they sideboard to remove the combo the following game.) If you drop the fetch lands this deck drops to like 50 bucks...If you don't have 50 bucks then don't expect to build a decent deck.
thinking tomads crypt for modern
^ dig and cruise provided way too much early game power for combo search.
^I took em out right now, didn't realize I was running 62 for some reason. Check it out now, it's what I'm going to try playing tonight at standard.
Appreciate the thoughts much man, ill check em out
Is that standard legal? I'm converting to modern soon, but wanna troll some kids tonight. :P
