I would ditch both tumble magnets, then add another batterskull and another spell pierce.

Thalakos Seer is a very smart include, props to you!
That is a good idea, thank you. I'll have to look at it again later today and see what I can adjust. I'm sure I can fit 2 gambits in.
You should never have precursor golems in a golem deck. Never, ever.
You would be better off removing all precursors and adding in Venser, the Sojourner. If you wanna see a couple similar decks featuring venser, look here http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=186220 http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=190894 You also may want to consider Augury Owl instead of Wall of Omens, as it helps you dig for splicers.
I know at first glance precursor golem appears smart. Instead, it lets a single kill or burn spell destroy every golem you have. Precursor golem has no place in a splicer deck.
It's kinda hard to critique if you're only using cards from NP. But, I'd definitely get rid of mental missstep and both swords in favor of more control, so you could actually get an obliterator out. Throwing in some Mana Leaks and a solid 3-drop would help. Perhaps the Blind Zealot? So, I think I would do this. -4 Misstep, +4 Mana Leak -2 Sword, -2 Praetor, +4 Blind Zealot
If this is purely casual then feel free to ignore. But in the event that you make a sideboard, I would definitely include 2 more fresh meats.
Batterskull is a good card, but it seems very out of place for me. I'd also consider adding in some dismembers.
I thought about doing the Crusaders instead of the Rats, but I really like the instant poison rats gives, especially 2 when Hand of the Praetors is out. The Deck is designed to win after the board stabilizes with prolif + Hands.
Good suggestion, I had forgot about it, will re-work it.
Thank you!
Equipping is still a sorcery, I need to re-do some of it and add some living weapon equipment, which increases the importance of flash. However, even without that it still allows you to cast during your opponents turn (forcing them to tap out if they wish to counter something), then you untap during your turn and have complete freedom to play.
Thank you. I thought about adding distortion strike(as the rebound makes livewire lash ridiculous) but I feel like once Zendikar rotates there's going to be an influx of aggro and combo decks. As such, I wanted something more aggressive far as board control to interrupt combos, lotus cobras, etc. That's why I want to leave in Wound, and I prefer Swipe over Distortion as I already have one unblock-able. Thank you for your comment! I think Distortion strike would most definitely make it into the sideboard.
