If anyone out there plays modern and is educated on the meta I am more than happy to hear suggestions on cards that could/should be swapped in the sideboard or main deck. Thanks!

Lol I like it, even though it looks like normal Twin and Death and Taxes had a baby. One thing I will say is that with 22 lands, even though your curve is low, it might be a while before you get that 5th land for Kiki-Jiki, even with Knight of the Reliquary.
Depends on the player more than the pod. I've eaten inexperienced pod players alive with my Restore Balance deck and I've played many others that were more skilled that knew how to play against it. The simple fact is that the current 8-rack design cannot change what your opponent will draw for their turn, and pod is a deck with nothing but topdecks. They have maindeck disruption such as Quasil Pridemage and other builds have now started running Reclamation Sage. And in the board they have Obstinate Baloth, which wrecks this strategy. They also have good answers for discard, such as flashing in a Restoration Angel, and in the end Kitchen Finks certainly helps in the out-tempoing factor. A huge amount of this has to do with how each player uses their cards, but I'd give Pod at least a 70/30 in the main and 75/25 post-board, simply because the monoblack sideboard is ineffective at fully hating on a deck that has 3-4 color options and because the pod has many answers for this deck design, main deck and post-board.
Doran is teh sex
@Viagrasaurus: Watch this video and tell me that the match isn't leaning towards Pod. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAwIKB_RbU8&feature=player_detailpage - This isn't the only example game but I would say for sure the favor is on Pod's side in this matchup. Also to add to the discussion of Raven's Crime, if your opponent tries to get smart and hold back land cards then Inquisition and Thoughtseize are dead while Raven's Crime is still very much alive because it can knock lands out. Blackmail is another option, but it's obviously much more powerful in the late game.
"Until you've sacced 3 of their land" - This part confuses me, you cannot 'sac' your opponents lands. You can destroy their lands, but even if that's what you meant I don't see how it's relevant. Crucible will allow you to play lands from your graveyard, while your general only allows them to untap on land per turn. If you continually play Strip Mine via Crucible, then they won't be able to do anything and will continue do not be able to do anything.
Strip Mine + Crucible of Worlds would really fit this deck's theme. I'd play you but of course I have something similar. :)
You forgot Pernicious Deed. :)But yeah I'm against the reprinting of Hymn to Tourach. It might be viable in the deck you've constructed, and what you consider "fair", but it would certainly end up in decks that are considered unfair.
But it is true that the only way to win with the Maze of Ith combo is with Helix Pinnacle, the mana will empty once you leave combat, unless you have a way of allowing it to stay in your pool. *Cough Omnath Cough*
I think this whole deck is a joke. If not, then I don't even know what to say. Obviously "needs improvement" if you are going for competitive. But I'm getting the strong sense this is a funskies casual deck.
Yes I know what Winter Orb does.. There are land enchants in the deck that will allow the land to tap for more than the opponent's could + Elf Ramp, which means that if the player of the deck happened to run out of land destruction spells it would keep the opponent off of any relevant spells while this deck would still maintain advantage. Never underestimate the power of a Winter Orb, even though it affect you. It forces your opponent's plays, making them save up for that one spell they "really wanna cast". I would even throw in a Trinisphere or two just to have the game locked up nice and tight.
Winter Orb if you're going the douchey route and with more elf ramp
I would add Copy Enchantment to copy Greater Auramancy so that it all has shroud! :PI would suggest removing Planar Chaos because it's not in your general's colors.. and it's bad. Also, Strionic Resonator to copy the ability and Ethereal Armor + Phyresis for quick kills.
It actually looks pretty damn strong as is, although it's lacking win conditions I think. You can't run Mystical Teachings because it has a Black Mana Symbol on it, I'd replace it with Hinder to go along with the Spell Crumple so you have a decent amount of commander removal. Spin into Myth and Void Stalker are nice for that as well. A minimum of 40 lands in my opinion for the style of deck that you are running. Guile and Draining Whelk are good beaters with extra useful abilities. Jin-Gintaxias, Core Augur is really good but kind of douchey and especially in multiplayer. And consider Counterbalance as it goes oh so well with The Top :)Here's my mono-blue edh deck. It's a little more combo oriented but maybe it will give you some ideas. It's currently a work in progress. - http://www.mtgvault.com/drizzlebaby/decks/teferi-arcanis-talrand-edh/
I am inclined to agree but the thought process is that if an infect weenie is wearing it then it will probably be lethal if Rafiq is out and Rafiq himself can 1 hit an opponent for 22 commander damage if you have 7 cards in hand.

Does anyone have suggestions for cards to swap out?

I can't believe I forgot about Beast Within >.< I run it in like every green deck I have lol. It will probably replace Oblivion Ring cuz of instant speed sexiness.
