I like the idea! Being able to power out an early Hateflayer and keep it out is going to be a hassle (even with your acceleration). I would use Lightning Greaves to help it against removal and get it doing it's thing even earlier. I would nix the Portal and the Windwalker all together. Personally, I would try to get rid of the white element of this totally, but if you still like it, I would try Steelshaper's Gift or Quest for the Holy Relic. To find your 'flayers, use Worldly Tutor, and then Elvish Visionary to draw it. Some control elements for earlier (Path to Exile, Lightning Bolt, Oblivion Ring) or even another Magnetic Theft would be a lot more welcome, I think, that most of the enchantments you're packing. Avoid Fate/Guttural Response might be nice sideboard cards for if your opponent plays a lot of denial/permission. Finally, for land, try to get rid of the Boros, Selesnya, and Temple. I can't help but thinking Jungle Shrine (especially if you're on a budget), Sacred Foundry, Sunpetal Grove, Rugged Prairie, Temple Garden, Windswept Heath, Wooded Bastion, or Arid Mesa if you keep the white, or Fire-Lit Thicket , Rootbound Craig, Stomping Ground, or Kazandu Refuge (also a budget card) if you do or not.

The best creatures in this deck are the Spellbreakers, Broodmothers, Hydras, and Rip-Clan Crashers. Everything else can easily be replaced by more efficient cards, or more of what you already have. Red/green is really good at speed, so any mana acceleration (If you're keeping this Constructed, Seething Song, Rampant Growth, Llanowar Elves, BoP...you already have some in Trace of Abundance) would help you a lot, and make your Hydras all the bigger. Use the mana you have to play X spells such as Banefire, as well. Lush Growth is also not worth it in here. If you can find some good burn spells, they'd be welcome.
Honestly, in a deck like this, it is easier to hard-cast a Godsire than Herald it into play, so the Behemoth's Heralds can be switched out for BoPs, Utopia Tree, or Llanowar Elves. I would also strongly recommend removing the Bull Cerodons and Cerodon Yearlings for Meglonoth, Spellbreaker Behemoth, or Cliffrunner Behemoth. Lightning Talons and Lush Growth can go, and maybe make the Asha's Favor a one-of. If you can get Mayel's Aria, and any lands that make multiple colors, use them. Colossal Might and Dragon Fodder aren't bad, but support spells such as Incinerate, Path to Exile, and Oblivion Ring might be even better in here.
I think I may have to play with the new rules a bit to see if they're as bad as I think they are, but I really dislike that I have to re-learn all these rules that I finally understand! Lack of mana burn completely nullifies half the threat of a good Mana Flare deck a friend of mine has...kind of a pity, actually.
I don't think Skyhunter Prowler is worth the three mana, and the green mana you have in here is a waste if all you're going to do with it is play Steward of Valeron and Prismatic Omen. Some good replacements might be Serra Avenger, Court Hussar, Diving Griffin/Tempest Drake, Riptide Crab, and maybe Akroma, Angel of Wrath for the icing on the cake. To really lock down your opponent's creatures, you could use cards such as Icy Manipulator/Goldmeadow Harrier in combination with the Stoic Angels you have. Twiddle would also allow you to tap your opponent's cards or untap your own if you need to, and I'm not sure, but it seems like Palliation Accord, Opposition, and Curse of Chains might be a good fit as well.
I think you should take the Savra (If you really want life gain, go with Essence Warden instead), Spellweaver Helix, Shifting Sky, Dark Heart of the Wood, and Perilous Forays out of the deck for a few more Paradox Haze and another Grave Pact, a few Swamps, and Urborg. Look for cards that speed up your early game (mana-generating creatures such as Birds of Paradise and Llanowar Elves) and really allow you to make use of your creatures (such as Overrun-style cards and sacrifice engines like Attrition, Rite of Consumption, Mind Slash, and Fallen Ideal- these work well with Grave Pact). Lastly, I think you have too few land for such a large deck. You may either want to slim it down or get more land, since you can't always rely on a land fetch card, especially in such a large deck.
I think Sovereigns of New Alara would be perfect in here.
I think that Incinerate or Lightning Bolt instead of Puncture Blast will make the deck a little bit quicker. Lightning Helix would be perfect for this deck. I really like the Spitemare/AEther Flash combo. Perhaps you should up the number of Spitemare, remove the Duergar Assailants, Belligerent Hatchling, and Hateflayer. I also think that Talon if Pain and Whispersilk Cloak are too slow in here. Get another Balefire and grab some Desperate Ritual/Rite of Flame/Seething Song. I think this deck looks pretty good. There are a lot of different cards in here than your typical red/white, including two of my favorites- Spitemare and Hearthfire Hobgoblin.
Take out Sootwalkers for Oona's Gatewarden for early defense, grab some other low cost creatures, and a few more land. If you make it B/R like I3dzippin suggests, you could not only the harbinger and banneret, but Terminate and Blightning as well. Torture seems a bit slow for me, but if it works, I'm not going to discourage it.
This looks like it could be pretty cool, but the Outrider of Jhess makes me cringe. Also, you mentioned the Shield of the Righteous being for Wall of Denial. The wall has shroud, so you can't equip it. For this deck, I'd think about including some more small aggro creatures. Figure of Destiny, Hearthfire Hobgoblin, Noggle Bandit, or Plumeveil for defense (you can equip Plumeveil) might be helpful. Even if you want to keep the deck Alara block (like it looks like you have been), I'm sure you can find something much better for 4 or less mana than the Outrider. Also, I would maindeck the Ajani Vengeant and some Intimidation Bolt.
This deck looks topheavy, and looks like it could use a bit more consistency. In just about any Grixis deck, cards like Blightning and Terminate are staple, so get as many of those as you can put in the deck. Add another Crumbling Necropolis, and you should be okay with land, but only if you exchange some of your high cost things for lower cost. How about taking out the Spellbound Dragon, Extractor Demon, Singe Mind Ogre, Blood Tyrant, and Lich Lord of Unx for some Deathgreeter and more Grixis Grimblade? Shadowfeed, Cloven Casting, and Brainbite are not going to help you much, so those can go in favor of Terminate and Blightning. That should give you some ideas, but there are some truly killer Grixis decks out there with some of the themes thealextheory mentions above, so you could also look through those for ideas.
I would replace the Craw Wurm and the Armillary Spheres, but otherwise, this doesn't look bad.
There are so many better options for a deck like this, especially if you really want to specialize in anti-burn! As it is, many of the cards don't help with what you want to do in the least, or are too slow to matter in the long run. Personally, I would have played white (protection, life gain, prevention) over black. The deck would probably be better off mono-blue unless you're having a lot of creature issues. All the artifacts in this deck need to go. Isochron Scepter and Kraken Eye (if you need the life gain) are really all you need. Creature-wise, get rid of everything. Run 4 Cursecatcher, 4 Silver Myr, 4 Glen Elendra Archmage, 2 Scrivener, and 2 of some big beater creature for a finisher (my picks are Kiega, the Tide Star or Serra Sphinx. With black, an Avatar of Woe would be solid). Narwhal, Sea Sprite, and Weatherseed Faeries are alternative options that all have protection from red. You also may want some card draw, such as Merfolk Looter. For lands, you could probably just nix the Swamps altogether, unless you're on a tight budget. Just run lands that produce both blue and black mana (especially if they don't come into play tapped). Sunken Ruins would be especially good. There are many better counterspell options than what you have. Aside from Counterspell, Terror, Broken Ambitions (all of which you're going to want more of), and Soul Manipulation, the rest can go. If your focusing vs. red, get some Blue Elemental Blast/Hydroblast and Douse. Other solid counterspells include Cancel, Muddle the Mixture, Countersquall, and Quash. Of course, there are many more, but those, in my opinion, fit your deck the best. Card draw such as Ancestral Vision would also do a deck like this a lot of good.
I would take out a Loaming Shaman and a Rancor for the pair.
I think you could cut out the Angelsong, and sideboard the Naturalize in favor of burn spells and Oblivion Ring/Path to Exile. With all the acceleration in here (you could probably even run more acceleration in the form of Rampant Growth/Trace of Abundance) Elvish Piper will be slower than they're worth, so get rid of those, and Toxic Iguanar can be good, but I find them a bit risky, so keep them if you like. Scatershot Archer is another ideal candidate for a sideboard. I would get extra Meglonoth, Woolly Thoctar, and Dauntless Escort above all else. If you need more little creatures, use Wild Nacatl. Otherwise, this looks pretty good. I wish my deck budget included two Elspeths ^-^
Okay, what you need to do is focus on what you want your deck to do. You said you wanted unblockables, so pull those out to the side as the core of your deck. You're going to want the rest of the deck to be support. For creatures, that would be a few defensive creatures (ex. Glacial Wall), and creatures that have nice effects (Teferi, Draining Whelk). For other spells, look for cards that do what blue does best- drawing cards, countering spells, and bouncing spells. Once you have the 60-card deck, play around with it. Figure out what it needs, what works, and what you'd like the deck to do. Then get more multiples of the cards that do those things, and you should have a reasonable deck.
You need a bit more consistency in this deck. Figure out what really works well in the deck and get more multiples, taking out the cards you don't find as helpful. Are you looking to make this more of a devour deck (with the Broodmother, Predator Dragon, and Mycoloth)? If so, you need more token generation and more devour creatures. If not, you could go for a more beatdown strategy with Flameblast Dragon, Bloodhall Ooze, Lightning Reaver, and Bloodbraid Elf. One thing I'd do immediately, though, is replace the Jund Panoramas with Savage Lands.
Tokens do hit the graveyard, but are then immediately removed from the game. They do target 'into graveyard from play' effects.
Probably the number one thing I'd do is get some token generation in here. Bitterblossom (or Marsh Flitter, if you don't have that much extra cash) and other token makers will only make extra Nemesis of Reason for you to swing at your opponent with, and by the looks of it, the more the merrier. I also think that counterspells such as Cancel, removal such as Shriekmaw or Infest, and tutors such as Beseech the Queen/Diabolic Tutor will also be very helpful in getting this deck going (though you do already have Liliana. It depends on which abilities of hers you favor). I'd take out the Esper Stormblade and Grixis Grimblade, drop two Tidehollow Strix and add two more Mirrorweave. Underground Rivers might be helpful, too.
If you're sacrificing a lot, Savra would be a great add. They're not all that expensive last time I checked, and can be used for both life-gain and creature removal.
